FIFO stock with real costs
Every delivery is its own batch with its own cost and expiry. The oldest stock sells first, so your margin is the true one, not a guess.
Cloud point of sale
Built for cafes, restaurants, shops and gyms in Iraq and Kurdistan. Sell fast, count every item, track every debt and close the day with the cash matching. Even when the internet drops.
No sign-up form. Message us and we will show it on your own products.
What is inside
Not a checkout page with extras. Inventory, money, customers and the kitchen all share one set of books, so the numbers always agree.
Every delivery is its own batch with its own cost and expiry. The oldest stock sells first, so your margin is the true one, not a guess.
Sub-units let you sell a scoop, a shot or a slice from a bigger pack. The open box is used up before a new one is opened.
Run an account for regulars. Every purchase on credit and every payment is a line in the ledger, and the balance is always calculated from it.
Orders reach the right station the moment they are sent. The cook bumps a ticket when it is ready.
Guests scan the code on the table, browse your menu and send an order. It lands on your screen like any other sale.
When the connection drops the register keeps taking sales and saves them on the device. They send themselves when it is back.
Iraqi dinar is stored and shown as whole numbers, the way you really price. Dollars and other currencies keep their cents.
Roles and permissions decide who sees what. A cashier sells at the price you set; what it cost you stays with you.
Profit and loss, cash flow, dead stock and aging debts. Find out what makes money and what is gathering dust.
A day in the shop
The same four moments happen in every shop. Here is how they go when the register is on your side.
08:00
The cashier opens the register and enters the starting cash. From now on every sale and every expense is tied to this shift.
Opening cash counted
12:30
Scan, tap, charge. Modifiers, sub-units and discounts are one touch each, and the line keeps moving.
Barcode, modifiers, split payments
19:00
Open a tab per table, add rounds as the evening goes on, send items to the kitchen and split the bill any way the table wants.
Tab, kitchen ticket, split bill
23:30
Count the drawer and the system compares it with what it expected. Any difference is shown and written down, not hidden.
Counted close, difference flagged
Built for here
Not a foreign product with a translation bolted on. The currency, the scripts, the power cuts and the way you talk to your supplier were all part of the design.
Same screen, three languages
IQD is the default currency, with whole-number pricing. Add dollars or other currencies when you need them and each sale keeps its own exchange rate.
The whole interface switches between English, Arabic and Sorani Kurdish, and the layout mirrors properly instead of just flipping the text.
A dropped connection should never stop a sale. The register queues sales on the device and syncs when it can.
Talk to a real person, not a ticket bot. Email us, send a photo of the problem, get an answer.
Questions
The register keeps selling. Sales are saved on the device and sent to the server automatically once the connection returns, so nothing is lost and nothing is entered twice.
Iraqi dinar is the default and is handled as whole numbers. US dollar, euro, pound, yen, Saudi riyal, UAE dirham and Turkish lira are supported too, with the exchange rate captured at the moment of each sale.
No. Cost prices are hidden from the cashier role, both on screen and in the data the app receives. Managers and admins can see them.
Yes. Tables and a floor plan, open tabs, kitchen stations, modifiers, split bills, reservations with a waitlist, and QR menus for ordering from the table are all included.
Yes. A business can have several stores with separate stock and registers, and your data stays separate from every other business using the system.
